Transform your negative self-talk to more life affirming and loving inner dialogue.

Develop realistic expectations. AND,

Leave with a doable action plan to begin to transform your inner dialogue from critical to loving.

Learn the difference between a boundary and a wall? and why it is important to have boundaries?

Identify some of the ways you give up or give in on your values?

What needs you are meeting and not meeting by giving up and giving in?

How to be present with yourself as others “fight” your boundaries? and

Strategize ways you can begin a practice of boundary setting.
